Don Armes is passionate about serving others. He is a proud supporter and an asset to Comanche County as well as Southwest Oklahoma. Don also wears many hats. He is an Auctioneer and Realtor. Even more, he is a former State Representative, current lobbyist, and Chuckwagon CEO.

Don grew up in the Lawton, OK area. He then graduated from MacArthur High School and Cameron University. With a degree in agriculture education, Don is a huge supporter of the ag industry.  This includes Future Farmers of America (FFA) and area ag programs.  He and his wife, Dede, felt blessed to raise their daughters on a farm in Southwest Oklahoma. Don is also committed to raising livestock. He has great respect for Oklahoma farmers.

Integrity, character, and strong values are important to Don.  He works hard for Southwest Oklahoma.  Don also takes tremendous pride as an auctioneer in the Lawton area. He donates his time to fundraiser auctions which benefit many area citizens and organizations.   

Through government relations, Don is a man who fights for what is best for Oklahoma.  With outstanding communication skills and extensive knowledge of the government system, Don dedicates his time to the state as a lobbyist.  He is often studying bills, conversing with legislators, and visiting with the residents in Southwest Oklahoma. Don is committed to serving the state and its people. He has had many opportunities to work, visit, and build relationships with many iconic people due to his legislative work.  This includes former General Mark McDonald.
